Privacy policy

GetImgURL is designed to collect as little as possible. There are no accounts, no newsletters, and no tracking profiles.

Image uploads

When you use the Image to URL or PDF to URL tool, your file is uploaded to GetImgURL's own storage and served from the public link we generate for you. Generated links are unlisted but public — anyone with the URL can view the file. If our primary storage is ever unreachable, uploads automatically fall back to a temporary third-party host, and the result card tells you which host served your link.

Browser-based tools

The Compress, Resize and Convert tools run entirely in your browser using the Canvas API. Those images are never uploaded anywhere.

Logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps basic server logs (timestamps, requested paths, coarse technical data) for security and reliability. We do not sell data and we do not run advertising trackers.

Your choices

Don't upload sensitive or personal images. If you believe a hosted image violates the law or your rights, contact us and we will review it promptly.
